Description
In order to renew all you need to do is select your Current VPS plan > Choose Renewal Period > Enter your VPS username > Add to Cart and Checkout, that’s it and your renewal will be processed.
READ THIS PROPERLY
If you are not an existing customer then kindly visit Shop to buy a VPS. If you renew your VPS before the due date then you won’t face any downtime as renewal will be processed before the due date, but if you make the renewal payment after your account suspension then it may take up to 12 – 48hrs to remove the suspension and process your renewal.
If its already 4 days after the due date i.e for example, your VPS due date is 1st Jan then if you don’t renew it till 4th Jan then renewal won’t be of any use as VPS would have been terminated already. So best is to open a Support Ticket and confirm that your VPS is still alive or not.
